The Futurekind Chieftain was the leader/chief of the Futurekind horde near Silo 16.
After Professor Yana turned back into the War Master, the Futurekind tribe got inside the abandoned Silo. The Tenth Doctor, Martha Jones and Jack Harkness escaped in time, leaving the Chieftain and his tribe to feed only on Chantho's remains. (TV: Utopia)
