Uncle was an entrepreneur and crime lord from New Memphis. In 2487, he lived and worked in the New Memphis Casino, with his daughter Hope. When the Tenth Doctor met the Uncle, he was at war with the Widow, and while trying to destroy her was killed by the Invisible Assassin. As he died, he discovered that the Widow was in fact Hope.
