Rebecca Whitaker (née Coles) was the wife of Mark Whitaker. On 10 April 2003, her car crashed in a field after avoiding an oncoming lorry, killing her. A group of six Weeping Angels tried to trick Mark into saving Rebecca after they sent him back in time. If he had saved her, he would have created a paradox, a perfect meal for the Angels.
