The Lom were a deadly alien race, considered worse than even the Daleks and Cybermen by the Seventh Doctor. (COMIC: The Grief) They were ancient enemies of the Kork, much like the Rutans and the Sontarans. The Tenth Doctor thought they were particularly dangerous.
