Doctor Who Magazine's 2010 issues spanned from issue 416 to issue 428 and were published every four weeks by Panini Comics.
Tom Spilsbury continued as editor of the magazine.
January's issue 416 was the last issue to use the Doctor Who logo associated with Series 3 to the 2009 Specials. With issue 417 the magazine's cover underwent a redesign to feature a version of the newest Doctor Who logo based on Series 5's logo.
Much like 2006's "His & Hers" covers, issue 420 was published with two separate covers, one featuring Matt Smith as the Eleventh Doctor and one featuring Karen Gillan as Amy Pond.
June's issue 423 was a cover that was blank except for the Doctor Who Magazine logo and a crack exactly as the one that had appeared throughout Series 5.
The magazine's price of four pounds 99 pence (£4.99) remained through to issue 417; with the following issue (418) the price dropped to four pounds 20 pence (£4.20). This is the only time in the magazine's publishing history that the price dropped and remained at a lower price for several issues.
