Hugo Tollip was one of the richest men in Dellah's galactic sector during the early 27th century. He made his fortune by the acquisition of planets considered too difficult to mine or colonise by anyone else. He called all the planets that he bought "Tollip's World." He bought Tollip's World circa 2605, after it was discovered by one of his fly-by camera ships. He questioned Bernice Summerfield, Liso Fortuna and Piotr Volkov about their activities in the Greenhouse. He was killed by Ogosto. (PROSE: The Tree of Life)
