Nicholas Fedorin (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Enemy of the World) was Central European controller Alexander Denes' second-in-command. When Ramón Salamander accused Denes of negligence in 2018, he promised to put Fedorin in his place, using slanderous lies to blackmail Fedorin into going along with it.

Salamander ordered Fedorin to fatally poison Denes. However, Fedorin could not go through with the assassination attempt. Salamander then fatally poisoned Fedorin for not having the guts to kill Denes by the same method. (TV: The Enemy of the World)
