Housewives' Choice

Housewives' Choice was a British radio programme that was broadcast to at least some parts of Wales in 1959. Agent Jerome Weismuller could pick it up on his audio equipment when trying to detect a US satellite that had recently been deployed from Cape Canaveral. However, Choice was the only audio signal he could receive. He claimed that even rock'n'roll wasn't available in his location. (TV: Delta and the Bannermen)
