Mrs Wiggs was one of the deadly pawns, along with Sergeant Rugg, used by the Celestial Toymaker against Steven Taylor and Dodo Chaplet when they were trapped in his realm. Her appearance was that of a female cook. When not in a contest, Mrs Wiggs stayed in doll form.
