The Camera Operator was a soldier based in London in 2009. He was chosen to operate the camera that transmitted John Frobisher's conversation with the 456 Ambassador to Brian Green, his Cabinet and various other representitives. He went inside the box that the 456 was held in and filmed an orphan from 1965, hooked up to the 456. (TW: Children of Earth: Day Four)
