Cyber-Technology was a blanket term given to inventions of the Cybermen of the Doctor's universe.

Overview

Whilst being highly advanced, Cybermen could not always rely on Cyber-Technology and, when beneficial, commandeered alien technology such as Cryon refrigeration technology (DW: Attack of the Cybermen) and gravity-manipulating technology created by humans. (DW: The Moonbase) The Cyber-Leader stated, while watching the non-human Fifth Doctor use Cyber-Technology, that humans lacked the ability to understand it, an observation which tipped him off to the Doctor's identity. (DW: Earthshock)

It remains unclear as to whether the parallel Earth Cybermen thought of their technology as "Cyber-Technology".
