The Minister was a Conservative MP and a Minister in the British Government during the 70's. He was head of the Ministry of Defence and sent one of his secondary Ministers, Chinn to oversee the Axos incident. He later threatened Chinn by threatening to sack him unless he distributed Axos worldwide.
