Dogbolter ordered the Doctor to be put under heavy securiy but with the help of Frobisher he escaped with the money. Dogbolter was (predictably) angered by this. Josiah W. Dogbolter appeared to be a half man half frog. He ran originally ran a business known as Intra Venus Inc. Dogbolter knew of both the Fifth and Sixth Doctors.
