Cleric Phillip was a cleric who investigated the crash of the Byzantium to help capture a Weeping Angel. (DW: Time of Angels) Later, he helped to protect Amy Pond before being sent to investigate a mysterious light and erased from existence.

As Rory Williams was being erased by a time field, Amy said that she could still remember the clerics, even though they could not remember each other. (DW: Cold Blood)

Since the Cracks were sealed off, it's likley that Phillip was never erased from existence.
