Director Senex was the leader of Dulcian society at the time the Second Doctor, Jamie and Zoe combatted an invasion of Dominators and Quarks. He was the father of Cully. Like most Dulcians, he was an extreme pacifist. He was thus unable to arrive at a plan to rid his planet, Dulkis, of its invaders. In the end, the actions of the TARDIS crew and his more adventurous son, Cully, repelled the invaders and preserved his treasured peace. (DW: The Dominators)
