{{Warn2/doc}} is a constituent part of the user warning system. It does not work terribly well on its own, as it depends upon {{WarnEnd}}, user input, one of the "generic" header templates, and — most importantly — one of the specific user warning templates to fully work.
It would be inadvisable to change this template, unless you fully understand how all of the templates interact with each other. For this reason, the template is locked to further editing. If you'd like to suggest changes, please do so at Template talk:Warn2, then start a thread at Board:The Panopticon which has a link back to the template talk page.
