Susan Engel (born 25 March 1935) played Cessair in the Doctor Who story The Stones of Blood. She also played Ms Joy in Big Finish Productions' Gallifrey audio series story A Blind Eye. In 2011, she read the AudioGO story The Stones of Blood.
