A mysterious little girl (or young girl) was a psychic, ageless tarot card reader. Her true nature and the source of her abilities are unknown.
In the 19th century, she approached Jack Harkness to read his cards and told him that he would see two new centuries with Torchwood 3 before meeting the Doctor once again. (TW: Fragments)
She was appeared not to have aged when Jack contacted her in the 21st century. She led him to the location of the second resurrection gauntlet, but promised it would bring further complications. (TW: Dead Man Walking)
It is hinted that this girl may actually be the previous victem of the ressurection gauntlet, Faith, who battled Death. This is supported by her knowledge of the glove and her apparent agelessness.
