Summary
Delicate trade negotiations for uranium are taking place on Desrault with Lady Rema-Du of Gallifrey accompanied by her escorts Wardog, Cobweb, Millennium and Zeitgeist (the Special Executive), as well as the Order of the Black Sun and the Sontarans.
