Plink was a villain who has been defeated many times by the Doctor, each time by a different incarnation.
Plink joined forces with other aliens to try to kill the Doctor, their common enemy. He was caught in a three-way shoot-out and was shot by the Mentor, simultaneously killing Bolog. (DWM: Death to the Doctor!)
