Lexington Bank was a successful Bank in London, at the beginning of the 21st century. Members of the Bank seemed to have more time than any other bank and impressed their clients with overwhelming ideas and information. People were mainly employed by two mysterious men, Mr Symington and Mr Blenkinsop.
The Doctor was impressed, but also worried because people died. Jane Blythe explained it was overwork.
