Paul Brown was the husband of Janine Foster and father of Peri Brown, a companion of the Doctor during his fifth and sixth incarnations.

Biography

Paul and Janine Brown were married on 21 November 1962. (CC: Peri and the Piscon Paradox) Their only child, Perpugilliam "Peri" Brown, was born in 1966. (BFA: The Reaping) When Peri was growing up, she and Paul often enjoyed watching the James Bond films together. (BFA: The Veiled Leopard)

Paul and Janine were friends of Anthony Chambers and his family, who lived nearby in the Fell's Point neighbourhood of Baltimore, Maryland, USA. (BFA: The Reaping)
