Deva Loka, also known as S14, was a beautiful planet inhabited by the peaceful and telepathic Kinda. A human expeditionary force was sent to Deva Loka to check its suitability for colonisation.

Members of the force went missing and the Mara hampered them. These problems eventually led to Deva Loka being reclassified as unsuitable for colonisation. (DW: Kinda)

Wind chimes from Deva Loka in the 39th century were present aboard an Ice Warrior ship known as the Bruk. (NA: Legacy)
