Flydale North was a Parliamentary Constituency somewhere in the United Kingdom on Earth. Harriet Jones was MP for Flydale North prior to and during her term as Prime Minister. Also it is likely that it was a constituency in England and it was hinted by Harriet Jones that she was elected MP for Flydale North in 1997, by referring to the Blair Babes (a large group of female MP's who were elected in 1997).
