Rita-Anne Smith had a grandson called Ricky Smith who was Mickey's alternate on an alternate Earth. She hit Mickey in the face and called him silly because she thought that he was Ricky (Ricky ran off with the Preachers). When the Cybus Cybermen began to summon the humans for upgrades, she was one of the people who was summoned, but she was not upgraded by the Cybermen (as confirmed by Mickey).
