Earth Command was the military strategy centre of the Earth Alliance in the 40th century. The Tenth Doctor spoke to Earth Command from Myarr. He pretended to be Doctor Vile and claimed the war between Earth and the Mantasphids was his fault. Earth Command circulated Doctor Vile's image across the Empire, demanding he be located, which he was, on Volag-Noc. (TV: The Infinite Quest)
