Corporal Ralph Coltrane was an American soldier who worked in San Pedro Overflow Camp during the Miracle in 2011. He was present when Colin Maloney showed Dr. Vera Juarez around the camp and also witnessed Colin shoot her twice. Ralph tried to calm him down but was too frightened.
