Bocwar was the Head of Security to the Emperor on the planet Arabia. He was instrumental in orgainising security for the Emperor’s panic room and was almost beheaded when the TARDIS unexpectantly materialised. The Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory Williams manage to convince the Emperor that they are holograms and part of the panic rooms defences – impressing the Emperor enough to spare Bocwar’s life and give him a rise.
