Cyros Four is an ice planet in a remote corner of Mutter's Spiral. On it is a boarding school run by an order of Lukronian Vorks who are very strict on discipline.
The Doctor recommends that the last Roman Emperor of an alternate universe, Adolphus Caesar, be sent there. (DWM: The Iron Legion)
