Quiescia is a planet with a breathable atmosphere composed of nothing but jagged blue rocks.
The Third Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith buried Laika (from the Russian Sputnik II) on Quiescia.
The Eighth Doctor also buried The Relic on Quiescia and destroyed it with a thermosystron bomb.
