The Howling → River giving the Doctor her regenerations
Did River use all of her regenerations to revive the doctor, or did she use only one to revive him and gave him all the rest? If so, does the Doctor have regenerations after his normal thirteen regeneratioos? it is generally thought that the doctor didn't gain the regenerations from river, but it was never outright stated on screen, only implied. so, although unlikely, if the writers get desperate they could say she gave him extra regenerations but i doubt they will.
