Teleport Pods were utilised by the Sontarans during the Sontaran invasion of Earth in 2009. The pods resembled large cubes with a platform and a small activation console inside. The pods machinery was vulnerable to sonic waves but could be easily repaired by a Sontaran baton. Also used in the campaign were small beacons resembling discs that could be attatached to a surface allowing the Sontarans to teleport it onboard their ship. Locations
Teleport Pods were located in the ATMOS Factory, Rattigan Academy and on the Sontaran Flagship. Transport was possible between all three. (DW: The Sontaran Strategem / The Poison Sky)
