Rob Roy MacGregor was Laird of the clan MacGregor during the 18th century. He was Scotland's own Robin Hood. (AUDIO: City of Spires)
The Doctor later discovered that this fictionalised version of MacGregor only existed in the Land of Fiction. He came with Captain Nemo and helped Jamie McCrimmon to defeat the effects of the Cybermen's reality altering device. (AUDIO: Legend of the Cybermen)
