Biography

In his youth, Jerome was an eagle scout. He was able to use his training later in life when he needed to tie up Bannermen invaders.

Jerome and his partner Hawk were assigned to monitor the progress of an American satellite. When it crashed near Shangri-La in Wales in 1959, they were assigned to recover it. They were captured by the Bannermen, but freed by Rachel "Ray" Defwydd. Afterwards, they recovered the satellite. (TV: Delta and the Bannermen)
