Is this canon? Why is it canon? because if the story didn't even have permission from the BBC, then it doesn't seem canon. | |||

DVD?
I have just purchased a DVD containing this story and Shakedown: Return of the Sontarans from this retailer. Am I right in thinking that this is an "unofficial" (i.e. pirated) DVD release? It uses a version of the diamond Doctor Who logo on its cover, and the Doctor Who theme music on its menu page, which I'd think would not be allowed in a legitimate DVD release of these stories.
