Roger Lloyd Pack, (born in London, England, UK, 8 February, 1944) usually credited outside of Doctor Who as Roger Lloyd-Pack, is an English actor. He played John Lumic in Rise of the Cybermen and The Age of Steel.

Outside of Doctor Who, he is probably best known as Colin "Trigger" Ball in the BBC sitcom Only Fools and Horses, as Owen Newitt in The Vicar of Dibley and as Barty Crouch, Sr. in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, which also featured David Tennant as Barty Crouch, Jr. Pack also appeared in the 2008 remake of Survivors as Billy Stringer.
