Peter Tracey (born 1961) was a resident of Moreton Harwood and the son of George Tracey. He received a suspended sentence for breaking and entering in June 1981, and was placed in his father's custody.

He was a reluctant member of the Hecate Cult. On 18 December 1981, he tried to warn Brendan Richards to get away but still participated in his kidnapping two days later. Peter and the other cult members were arrested by the police and charged with attempted murder on 29 December 1981. (TV: A Girl's Best Friend)
