The War-Wheel was a massive battlecruiser used by the Sontarans in their pursuit of a Rutan spy.
The ship appeared as an axle with two wheels on its ends. It was armed with a space cannon and was captained by an Admiral. The ship moved to every intersecion point where the Rutan might be and carried Sontaran Shuttlecraft as well. (RP: Shakedown: Return of the Sontarans)
