I am one of the the right people to talk to, yes. We wish you well in your endeavour, but unfortunately we took a stand not to advertise fanon sites some while ago. It's a bit confusing because there are multiple ''Doctor Who'' fanon sites at Wikia, so we're staying well away from prominent advertisement of any particular one. However, we do sometimes make private recommendations, particularly when people violate our [[T:NO FANFIC|no fanfic policy]].
