Martin Jarvis (born 4 August 1941) appeared in several Doctor Who stories: as Hilio in The Web Planet, Butler in Invasion of the Dinosaurs and Governor in Vengeance on Varos. He also appeared as Nigel Rochester in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Jubilee.
