The Children of Time are moving against us.Davros. [Journey's End [src]]

The Children of Time was the name given by the Daleks to the group of people, consisting mostly of the Doctor's companions, that opposed their plan to destroy all of reality.

Davros specifically used the name to describe only the Doctor's companions, the distinction apparently defined as any of the Doctor's friends who has travelled in the TARDIS at least once. The term may also include the members of Sarah Jane's team and Torchwood Three, who also assisted the Doctor, as well as the Doctor himself.
