When the Tenth Doctor was poisoned, Donna Noble mentioned the Harvey Wallbanger cocktail because she thought he was attempting to mime a shaken drink. Having established only a minute earlier that the Doctor was miming one word, the Doctor, in spite of his grave situation, couldn't resist being exasperated, shouting, "Harvey Wallbanger?
