Harvey Wallbanger was a type of Earth cocktail.
When the Tenth Doctor was poisoned, Donna Noble mentioned the Harvey Wallbanger cocktail because she thought he was attempting to mime a shaken drink. Having established only a minute earlier that the Doctor was miming one word, the Doctor, in spite of his grave situation, couldn't resist being exasperated, shouting, "Harvey Wallbanger? How is 'Harvey Wallbanger' one word?" (TV: The Unicorn and the Wasp)
