Astro-raptors were birds from space that invaded worlds and ate everything in sight. They once invaded Earth in egg disguises in Easter, as Easter eggs, because they landed at an egg hunt.
The Eleventh Doctor landed at the egg hunt, hoping to find eggs, but everything was empty. He found one of the ships, which wasn't a chocolate egg. The astro-raptors attacked. He was then saved by Pippa. The Doctor used their love for Easter eggs to lead the astro-raptors into the TARDIS. He took them to an alien world where they could eat floating rocks.
