Elizabeth Owens was the wife of Stuart Owens, the CEO of PhiCorp. She was having dinner with him, when Jack Harkness interrupted and made her aware that her husband was having an affair with his secretary. She left in anger. (TV: The Middle Men)
Behind the scenes
This character is credited as simply Mrs Owens, so we don't know whether her forename should be spelled Elizabeth or Elisabeth. We've simply chosen the form that is probably more common in America, since Miracle Day was an American production. .
