The Whifferdill Frobisher (formerly known as Arvan Taklu, later Bish) travelled with the the Doctor in his sixth and (briefly) seventh incarnations.
Biography
Early Life
He was once married to another Whifferdill named Francine. Francine left him as she believed she was a better detective. (source?)
Meeting the Doctor
Living as Arkan Taklu, he came across the Doctor when Dogbolter placed a bounty on the Doctor.
