Emeron was a planet which had been embroiled in a nuclear war by the time that the Dalek War began. It was reduced to a Stone Age level by the Mentor's Daleks who came from a parallel universe to aid the Earth Alliance. This was evidence of how these Daleks enforced peace and order with the same ruthlessness with which the Daleks from the primary universe subjugate and conquer.
