Kistane Toc Shafe Cane was the mother of Padra Toc Shafe Cane, and was one of the first of his family to reach the Silo 16. She was later reunited with him and her other son Bilto Toc Shafe Cane (DW: Utopia). It is possible that she went in the rocket along with the others to Utopia, but later turned into a Toclafane when she got there.
