Private Latimer was a UNIT soldier who served under Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart. He guarded the Third Doctor's garage during his stay at the Inferno Project. When the Doctor arrived shortly after the murder committed by Harry Slocum, Latimer told the Doctor that they were still searching for him. He said that the Doctor should be safe in his garage as Slocum didn't have one of the Doctor's ''Funny gadgets.''.(TV: Inferno)
