Bliss was a planet where the Roarke 279 research facility was located. The facility was developing a Dalek predator, the Kiseibya. The Seventh Doctor caused the destruction of the facility and the Kiseibya, as they would become a greater threat than the Daleks. (AUDIO: Enemy of the Daleks)
